Upon your arrival in the structure, you will find a supply of wood prepared specifically to use the barbecue: just enjoy a meal in the shade of your garden.

The property cleaning lasts about three hours and is carried out every 7 days. It is included in the booking price, obviously in accordance with the availability you indicated. Every 3-4 days, Giovanni, our technician, will take care of the swimming pool so you will find it always perfect clear water.

After a pleasant dive into the pool, you will have the opportunity to relax on the loungers that you can find in the solarium area of ​​the garden. Enjoy the sun’s rays and let the light breeze refresh you on the hottest days.

The outdoor area spans 30,000 square meters, featuring a 300-square-meter pool area equipped with sun loungers and cabanas. The two outdoor kitchens are fully equipped with a grill, barbecue, pizza oven, and dining tables for 10 people, set under the trees or in a spacious veranda.

To ensure a stay immersed in the nature, there is a hectare of typical Apulian olive trees, as well as various fruit trees at your disposal inside the property. During your stay, you can taste fruits such as blackberries, cherries, prickly pears and prunes that you will collect directly from the trees around you.
