Il Trullo dell'Oleandro is immersed in the Apulian countryside of Ceglie Messapica, a few kilometers from Ostuni, Cisternino and the seaside. The late nineteenth-century property has been restored with maniacal respect for its historicity and blending with the surrounding nature. The result is a charming residence, in close contact with nature but with the comforts and small luxuries of modern life. The Trullo was renovated in 2012 while maintaining intact its rural identity and consists of 5 habitable rooms.
It can host up to 6 guests, ideal for 4-6 adults and 4-2 children and teenagers.
The structure consists of a dining / living room with a small kitchenette (also equipped with a dishwasher) which connects with an alcove where there are two single sofa beds. Here there is a first bathroom with toilet, sink and washing machine.
The living room leads to an intermediate room with a French sofa bed and independent access as well as facing the swimming pool. A hallway / anteroom leads to the main bedroom equipped with king size bed. The two bedrooms share a bathroom with shower.
Finally, from the main bedroom, you can reach another room in which there is a queen size sofa bed equipped with independent access and a sink.
For a worry-free stay, the entire property is equipped with an alarm system, 24/7 emergency call, air conditioners in every room, Wi-Fi internet connection and a weekly cleaning service. Excellent quality towels and sheets complete the amenities.
Outside the property, there is a large field for you to get in touch with the surrounding nature.
Immersed in this landscape, there are olive trees and fruit trees where guests can pick plums, cherries, apples, pears, grapes, prickly pears, almonds, blackberries, raspberries and strawberries.
There is also a small organic garden at your disposal from which you can taste the typical local seasonal vegetables.
In the garden, there is an area where you can have breakfast, lunch, aperitifs or dinners outdoors as well.
You can enjoy the food using the grill in the outdoor kitchenette or the barbecue. We will prepare aromatic olive wood for each guest.
The Trullo dell’Oleandro is located in a strategic area that allows guests to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside but also to easily reach the main towns of the Valle dell'Itria (Ostuni, Ceglie, Martina Franca and Cisternino). By car, in less than 30 minutes, you can reach the fantastic beaches of the Adriatic coast and in little more time the Ionian coast and the Caribbean of Salento. Furthermore, Alberobello is only 42 km from the property.

An operator in charge of the reception will take care of the check-in (from 4 pm to 8 pm) and the check-out (from 8.30 am to 10 am). An extra payment of € 50 is required for late arrivals (from 8 pm to midnight).
Refundable Security Deposit:
Upon arrival, you will require to sign the rental agreement and pay the security deposit of € 500. The deposit is fully refundable 7 days after the check-out, if no damage has been caused to the property.
